When you arrive in town, make the Glenwood Springs Visitor Center your first stop. In addition to the knowledgeable staff members who are ready to answer your questions, the Visitor Center is stocked with maps and brochures about Glenwood Springs’ attractions and activities, as well as local lodging, dining, and shopping information.
The Center offers visitors many conveniences including technology to search for and book lodging reservations, video presentations about the area’s attractions and a Glenwood history wall and video created by the Frontier Historical Society.
The Glenwood Springs Visitor Center shares the reception space with Colorado Mountain College, making it an easy, one-stop location for prospective students and their families to gather more information about the town and its higher education opportunities.
Two-hour street parking is available on all streets surrounding the Glenwood Springs Visitor Center. Day parking lots can be found between 8th and 9th on Cooper St. and on the corner of 9th & Cooper St.
