IRON MOUNTAIN HOT SPRINGS
Iron Mountain Hot Springs is terraced along the banks of the Colorado River in Glenwood Springs. Soak in Rocky Mountain views across 35 mineral springs pools with temperatures ranging from 98–108°F (37–42°C).

Iron Mountain Hot Springs commits to making its therapeutic waters accessible to all. A wheelchair curving ramp with a handrail gradually enters the mineral family pool for those with a mobility device or who prefer to avoid steps. An aquatic PVC access chair is available on-site. We have two chair lifts onsite and five soaking pools with transfer walls and grab bars that allow a person with upper body strength to leave a mobility device and transfer onto the wall and into the water. All buildings are accessible, and there are two changing rooms with showers for families and caregivers.

At Iron Mountain Hot Springs, guests can explore a collection of geothermal and mineral hot springs along the banks of the Colorado River. With 35 springs across the property, each area offers a unique way to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
WorldSprings (21+)
Travel the globe without ever leaving Colorado. Inspired by the most famous hot springs on the planet, our 12 WorldSprings pools recreate renowned destinations such as the Blue Lagoon and the Dead Sea, allowing you to experience their unique mineral compositions firsthand.
To enhance your restorative journey, WorldSprings also features two single-mineral pools — Magnesium and Potassium — designed to provide targeted relaxation and wellness benefits. Step into these mineral-rich waters for a truly rejuvenating soaking experience.

The Sauna Summit
Elevate your wellness routine at The Sauna Summit, Iron Mountain Hot Springs’ newest thermal experience. These globally inspired saunas feature five distinct sauna experiences, each designed to promote relaxation and recovery through heat therapy.
From the Steam Room, inspired by the traditional Turkish hammam, to the Traditional Sauna, guests can explore a variety of heat experiences paired with cooling pools and relaxation areas.
Geothermal Hot Springs Pools
Our original geothermal mineral pools are fed by four natural hot springs sources, creating a range of temperatures from warm to very hot. Designed for quiet relaxation, each smaller soaking pool offers its own distinct temperature and mineral composition.
Located alongside the Colorado River, these pools provide a peaceful setting to unwind while enjoying mountain and river views.
Dining & Drinks
Enjoy a selection of grab-and-go snacks, flatbread pizzas, charcuterie boards, smoothies, and soft drinks from the Sopris Café and Sandbar Café, located in each section of the property.
Enjoy a draft beer, craft cocktail, or glass of wine while soaking in the pools and taking in the scenic views of the Colorado River.
