COLORADO DISC GOLF

Just like traditional golf, there are 18 holes on the course and the object is to complete each hole in the fewest number of strokes or in the case of disc golf, throws. Discover a new kind of golf, disc golf in Glenwood Springs!

Glenwood Springs Colorado disc golf courses (DGC) are located at Colorado Mountain College – Spring Valley Campus and at Sunlight Mountain Resort. Both courses are free to play, so why not give this activity a try? Enjoy the mountain air while enjoying the best in Colorado disc golf.

COLORADO MOUNTAIN COLLEGE – SPRING VALLEY DGC

This 18-hole course features 12-foot cement runway-style tee pads, with tee sign stands at each one. The signs give views of the upcoming holes and distances to each position. Excellent course signage points players to the next tee pad. The landscape in and around the fairways has abundant trees, shrubs, and elevation changes that provide a number of obstacles for the disc golfer. Course hours are dawn until dusk.

SUNLIGHT MOUNTAIN RESORT DGC

Players will find this a challenging mountain course with steep hikes, tree-lined fairways, long uphill holes, and huge downhill drives. Follow the orange arrows to the next tee. Come prepared for rugged terrain and the possibility for sudden, mountain storms.
