The Pullman

The Pullman is a new breed of American eatery with superior food and service, pairing imaginative simple food and wine with caring hospitality, comfortable surroundings and exceptional value. With an emerging downtown location and a mission to support our community, the Pullman aims to change the restaurant landscape in Glenwood Springs and across the state.

This joint seats 80 with another 12 seats at a handsome bar. The space is clean and spare with rustic rough hewn material, subway tile, distressed concrete and lots of communal seating.

The spirit is sophisticated to a degree, but never pretentious. it’s a joint that’s accessible on all levels: menu, value and aesthetics.
