Casey Brewing and Blending is the idea of bringing back old-world brewing techniques to the modern day consumer. Casey’s beers are created with over 99% local Colorado ingredients. Time is one of the most important elements to Casey Brewing, as the barrel aging process creates flavors that are impossible to create any other way. Casey’s beers are unfiltered and 100% bottle conditioned.

TOUR OUR BARREL CELLAR

Due to our incredibly small production and tasting room, we’re not open like a “traditional” brewery tasting room. We offer tickets for limited tastings sessions on the first and third weekends of the month (Thursday – Sunday). These intimate sessions consist of around 30 people or less and are held right in the heart of our barrel cellar.
