Bluebird Café

The Bluebird Cafe is a warm and comfortable cafe/coffee shop that serves fantastic espresso as well as a great variety of healthy and tasty breakfast and lunch options. Our coffee is craft-roasted premium 100% fair trade and 100% organic coffee. We strive to make nourishing and delicious food. Indeed, many of our food ingredients are organic and we make most things from scratch in our kitchen.  We are famous for our quiche and our wide variety of unique gluten free offerings.

We have also been voted the Local’s Choice award winner for best coffee shop in Glenwood Springs!
